Terms and conditions for ordering, payment, and delivery
These Sales Terms define the conditions under which products and services are offered and sold by Signiti. By placing an order or requesting information through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Application
These Sales Terms apply to all product sales, service orders, and information requests made through the Signiti website or via direct communication with our team, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Orders and Requests
Product availability, specifications, and pricing may vary depending on order volume and technical requirements.
Some products or solutions may be offered on a request-based or quotation basis rather than direct purchase.
An order or request becomes binding only after confirmation by Signiti.
3. Pricing
All prices are provided upon request or confirmation and may be subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated, prices:
- are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes
- do not include delivery or handling costs
Final pricing details will be confirmed before order acceptance.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually and may include:
- invoice-based payments
- advance payments
- agreed payment deadlines (e.g. Net 14 / Net 30)
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional charges, in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times and methods depend on product availability, order size, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of industrial and customized products, returns or cancellations may be limited. Custom-made or special-order products are generally non-returnable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any claims regarding incorrect or damaged products must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
7. Warranty
Signiti provides warranties in accordance with applicable laws and manufacturer specifications. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Liability
Signiti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or delays in delivery, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Force Majeure
Signiti shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory actions.
10. Governing Law
These Sales Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
